The Ogun State Police Command is preparing to arrest and prosecute Mirabel, a female TikTok user, after she reportedly confessed that her previous claim of rape was false.
She allegedly made this admission during a widely shared phone conversation with social media figure VeryDarkMan (VDM), where she expressed her regrets and admitted that some parts of her original statement were incorrect.

Previously, Mirabel claimed on TikTok that she was assaulted and raped by a stranger who had forced his way into her residence in the Ogijo area of Ogun State, sparking significant online reactions.
In response to the recent developments, police spokesperson Omolola Odutola stated that the command is reviewing the case and will provide an official update soon.
