Programme Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Obajana Cement Plant, Obajana, Kogi State
- Certification: Successful participants will receive a Dangote Cement HEMM Operator Certificate and a Group “H” Driver’s Licence.
- Support During Training: Free hostel accommodation, basic healthcare, and monthly stipends paid at company rate.
- Post-Training Opportunity: Outstanding trainees may be engaged as HEMM Operators, subject to vacancies and performance.
The training places strong emphasis on safety, discipline, and practical competence in operating heavy earth-moving machinery used in mining.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics in WAEC/NECO (Secondary School Leavers).
- Technical college graduates with NTC, NABTEB, or Trade Test I–III (an added advantage).
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Valid means of identification.
- Good physical and mental fitness.
- Strong safety awareness and discipline.
- Willingness to undergo rigorous training and assessments.
Previous experience in mining or equipment operation is an advantage but not mandatory. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
