Trainees will rotate across two different business functions, spending six months in each, gaining valuable hands-on experience in how the company operates.

At the end of the programme, top-performing participants stand a strong chance of being offered permanent roles within Beacon Power Services.

The initiative focuses on developing individuals with the right mindset and attitude, equipping them with practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Trainees will be responsible for delivering operational tasks, supporting research and analysis, participating in meetings and training sessions, and gradually taking on more ownership of their work while contributing to team success.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

– Age: Must not be older than 26 years.

– NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess a discharge certificate.

– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) division.

– Relevant Fields: Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources/Organizational Psychology, Electrical Engineering, Communications/Multimedia/Marketing, or ESG/Sustainability.

Candidates should demonstrate a curious, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in teams.

Prior interest in energy, utilities, or technology, basic familiarity with data tools or coding, and French language skills are added advantages but not mandatory.
