Rwang Tengwong, the publicity secretary of the Berom Youths Moulder Association, confirmed the events, stating that the attackers seem to operate in organized groups during these raids.

Tengwong also shared that significant amounts of farmland, including crops like maize, cabbage, and hot peppers, were ruined in Kassa, located in the Barkin Ladi Local Government Area, over the past two days, which has exacerbated food insecurity for the affected communities.
