Eligibility Criteria
According to the program flyer, interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in a finance-related role
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance or any related/equivalent field
- Professional Certifications: ACCA, FMVA, CFA, DFCE, ICAN, or any equivalent certification
Candidates must also demonstrate strong analytical skills, willingness to work across different African locations (including remote areas), and proficiency in English.
Additional local languages such as French or Portuguese may be required depending on the deployment country.
