Candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Minimum of BSc/HND or its equivalent in relevant fields.

– Valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher License (mandatory for both full and assistant roles).
– Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, 24/7 shift environment involving weather interpretation, flight planning, and aircraft performance monitoring.
– For full Flight Dispatcher roles: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
– For Assistant Flight Dispatcher positions: 0–2 years’ experience (suitable for recent graduates with the required license).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary packages are competitive. While some viral posts highlight figures up to ₦900,000 per month, official and aggregator listings for Assistant roles typically range between ₦235,000 and ₦340,000 monthly, depending on experience, location, and role grade.
