Key Responsibilities:
– Legally minimise tax liabilities through expert application of tax laws and regulations

– Manage computations, compliance, reporting, and filing for CIT, PIT, CGT, VAT, Withholding Tax, and other taxes
– Handle Transfer Pricing matters with the Nigeria Revenue Service
– Review current and deferred tax provisions
– Maintain fixed assets documentation and secure Acceptance Certificates

– Serve as the primary contact for all tax matters and manage relationships with tax authorities
– Provide internal tax advisory services and support ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives
Requirements:
– HND/B.Sc. in Accounting
– Membership of ICAN and/or CITN
– Minimum of 5 years post-ICAN qualification experience, with at least 2 years in tax management
– Experience in a manufacturing setting or tax practice is essential
– Must be fully conversant with the provisions of the Nigeria Tax Reform Acts, 2025
2. Senior Treasury Officer
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and daily treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform monthly bank reconciliations and produce timely reports
– Prepare and dispatch fund transfer letters and confirmation letters to banks
– Ensure accurate and timely execution of all fund transfer instructions
– Fully implement payment schedules sent to Treasury officers
– Update treasury positions on a daily basis
