According to the official announcement, the Young 20 Talents 26 programme targets outstanding individuals who meet the following stringent criteria:
– Must have graduated with a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.

– Must be currently undergoing or have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
