Responsibilities
• Record transactions and maintain accurate books in QuickBooks.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
• Process ACH payments and monitor for exceptions.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support VAT, WHT, and PAYE filings.
• Assist the Head of Finance with management accounts and reporting.
Requirements
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.
• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is an advantage.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
