Selected researchers will engage directly with young people and community stakeholders through:
- Observations and field activities
- One-on-one interviews
- Group discussions
- Detailed field note documentation
- Contribution to early insight synthesis
The role is primarily field-based within Nigeria, with some remote collaboration. Strong emphasis is placed on cultural sensitivity, ethical research practices, safeguarding, and local language proficiency.

Who Should Apply?
The entry-level contract positions target candidates who are:
- Based in Nigeria with deep understanding of local contexts, cultures, and languages
- Curious, observant, and skilled in community engagement
- Experienced (minimum 2 years preferred) in research, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), design research, or related fields
- Strong communicators comfortable with sensitive topics
