The TotalEnergies OneTech Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates from engineering schools and universities who are eager to join a leading international company and contribute to the global energy transition.
The core mission of the program is to cultivate the technical, scientific, and digital expertise required to design and support TotalEnergies’ development projects. Graduates will provide crucial support for operations and project execution across the company’s worldwide industrial activities.

Program Structure and Timeline
Participants will be hired on a permanent contract (CDI) and are scheduled to begin on November 2, 2026. The program starts with a two-week onboarding session at the company’s Paris headquarters and its Technical and Scientific Center in Pau.

Following onboarding, graduates will join their respective teams. The first year includes several group missions at various company sites, such as refineries, research centers, and international subsidiaries. These assignments are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of TotalEnergies’ operations and help build a strong professional network.
A short “Learning Expedition” to the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is also being planned. This trip will involve technical challenges on industrial pilot projects, offering direct exposure to the company’s commitment to renewable energy solutions.
