Branch Concierge
Bulk Teller
Account Service Officer
Marketing Associate
Locations: Lagos, Asaba (Delta State), Port Harcourt (Rivers State), Akure (Ondo State), and Abeokuta (Ogun State).
These positions focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting daily branch transactions, driving sales, and contributing to overall branch growth.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Concierge
Provide front-desk support and attend to customers warmly.
Guide customers through banking processes and resolve enquiries.
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience in the branch.
Bulk Teller

Handle cash processing and bulk cash transactions accurately.
Maintain proper cash balancing and daily reporting.
Support overall branch transaction operations.
Account Service Officer
Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and service requests.
Handle enquiries and provide operational support.
Marketing Associate
Drive customer acquisition and promote the bank’s financial products.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Support business development and branch growth targets.
Eligibility Requirements
Age Limit: Maximum 26 years for Branch Concierge, Bulk Teller, and Account Service Officer; maximum 27 years for Marketing Associate (as at date of application).
Education: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
O’Level: Minimum Credit (C) in Mathematics and English Language.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in customer service, financial sales, or teller operations is an advantage (but not mandatory).
Candidates must have completed NYSC.

Monthly Net Salary: ₦288,000
