Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be indigenes of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, or Edo State
Aged between 18 and 35 years
Hold a minimum of HND or University Degree
Have completed NYSC (where applicable)
Currently not engaged in paid employment
Possess an innovative and viable business idea
Demonstrate genuine entrepreneurial interest
Have less than 3 years business operating experience
Not have previously benefited from the Renaissance Enterprise Development Programme or similar NNPC-SPDC initiatives
