Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive onboarding and rotational training across various departments of the bank. Upon completion, high-performing trainees will be absorbed into full-time roles. Deployments will be made across different states in Nigeria.
Eligibility Requirements
Must not be older than 24 years as at the date of application
Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field
Must have completed NYSC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in any location across Nigeria
