Egungun festival commences in Ibadan as Masquerades pay homage to Olubadan

The Egungun Festival has commenced in Ibadan, with the vibrant masquerade performances beginning on Sunday, June 21.

Throughout the historic city, masquerades are parading to offer prayers and entertain the community while honoring the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, at the palace in Oke-Aremo.
