Responsibilities:
Assess effectiveness of internal controls including segregation of duties, access, and authorisation
Conduct reviews and testing of financial and operational data
Document findings and prepare audit reports
Collaborate with departments to resolve control gaps
Monitor implementation of corrective actions
Train staff on internal control practices
Investigate fraud, misconduct, or irregularities
Requirements:

BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Banking and Finance
ACA certification is an added advantage
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

2. Deputy Harvesting Manager (Sugarcane)
Responsibilities:
Support the Harvest Manager in coordinating sugarcane harvesting operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
Ensure adherence to harvesting SOPs including dry-off, quality, and timely delivery
Coordinate with factory teams and stakeholders
Supervise manpower, safety, and operational compliance
Support efficient harvesting logistics and execution

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Minimum 10 years experience in logistics, transportation, or similar roles
Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
