About the Management Trainee Programme
The Management Trainee Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build careers within the banking and financial services industry.

Participants will undergo structured learning and gain practical experience aimed at preparing them to work across different functions within Union Bank.
The programme provides exposure to the Bank’s learning academies, which cover areas such as relationship management, leadership, retail and SME banking, digital banking, operations and IT, finance and risk, organisational enhancement, and business assurance.
Management Trainee Programme Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division, or an HND with at least Lower Credit.
- Have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Be no older than 27 years at the time of application.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a certificate of exemption.
About the Tech Bootcamp
The Union Bank Tech Bootcamp is targeted at high-performing young talents with strong technical knowledge or educational backgrounds who are interested in building careers at the intersection of technology and banking.
The programme combines technical, business and leadership development to prepare participants for careers within Union Bank’s technology-driven operations.
It is particularly relevant for graduates with backgrounds in technology, engineering, computing and quantitative disciplines.

Tech Bootcamp Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences or a related discipline, or possess a relevant professional IT certification.
- Have a minimum of Second Class Lower Division from a recognised university, or an HND with at least Lower Credit.
- Have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Be no older than 27 years at the time of application.
- Possess an NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption.
