Responsibilities:
- Confirm vessel availability based on operational requirements
- Monitor vessel arrival, cargo receipt, and offloading timelines to minimise demurrage
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure vessels are available for product delivery
- Prepare vessel allocation schedules
- Maintain accurate records of voyage transactions
- Receive cast-off reports from vessel captains and forward them to the Ports Operations Manager
- Monitor vessel voyage status and location coordinates through the fleet management system
- Prepare progress reports showing vessel positions, planned routes, off-track distances, estimated arrival times, and identified operational issues
- Collate post-operation reports for review by the Operations Manager
Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Transport Management or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of shipping agency operations and marine operations
- Strong organisational, coordination, monitoring, and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively with vessel operators and other marine-sector stakeholders
