- Lead the operational delivery of alumni engagement and mentorship programmes.
- Maintain a centralised alumni database covering all 54 African countries.
- Track alumni business growth and impact.
- Recruit and screen mentors and coordinate mentorship activities.
- Organise alumni events and develop growth-stage initiatives.
- Engage Hub Leads across African countries and Nigerian states.
- Brand Officer
- Support the development and execution of the Foundation’s brand across digital and traditional platforms.
- Design visual assets and support storytelling and communication campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop brand-led content, reports and publications.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand representation.

Requirements:
Alumni & Mentorship Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in programme management, alumni relations or mentorship coordination.
- Strong understanding of African entrepreneurial ecosystems and SME development.
- Experience managing entrepreneurship, mentorship programmes or professional networks is an advantage.
Brand Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, communications or marketing.
- Experience within a foundation, NGO, development organisation or agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand management and purpose-driven storytelling.
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to work across cultures and geographies in a fast-paced environment.
Research Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Development Economics, Public Policy, Political Economy, Business, Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in academic, policy or applied research.
- Current or recent academic appointment at a university or research institution is highly desirable.
- Experience designing surveys and managing large datasets.
- Experience conducting econometric analysis.
- Proficiency in Stata, SPSS or equivalent statistical tools.
