Food Concepts PLC, the company behind Chicken Republic, is recruiting Management Trainees for its 2026 programme. The opportunity is designed for recent graduates who want to build management experience in the quick-service restaurant industry across selected locations in Abuja and Kano.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Management Trainee Programme and gain practical exposure to restaurant operations.
• Develop professional and management skills through hands-on experience.
• Support day-to-day activities within the assigned Chicken Republic location.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant teams to support business operations.

Requirements:

• WAEC, GCE or NECO with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English.
• B.Sc or HND in any related field.
• Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division for B.Sc or Lower Credit for HND.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience.
