The programme offers international exposure, technical development, mentorship and the opportunity to contribute to development work across the World Bank, IFC and MIGA.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects addressing global development challenges.
- Build technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Work with professionals across the World Bank Group and its global operations.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field by the programme start date.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong technical expertise in the selected application stream.
- Strong English language skills.
- Must be a citizen of a World Bank Group member country.
- Must not be a current World Bank Group staff member.
- Applicants must meet the programme’s eligibility criteria at the time of application.
