The current recruitment covers 13 full-time openings across engineering, telecommunications, business development, administration, customer service, driving, inventory, HR and technical operations. Candidates should review the requirements for their preferred role before applying.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Network Field Engineer – Oyo

• Install, configure and maintain internet connectivity equipment.
• Troubleshoot network, internet and hardware issues on-site.
• Configure routers, switches and customer premises equipment.
• Conduct site visits for installations, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities.
• Provide technical support and educate customers on equipment usage.

2. HR Personnel & Accountant – Lagos

• Maintain books, ledgers and financial records.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts, cash-flow reports and budgets.
• Manage payroll, PAYE, pension and statutory deductions.
• Handle VAT, WHT and CIT compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain personnel records, contracts, leave and attendance.
• Support staff welfare, performance management and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour requirements.

3. Business Development Executive, Telecommunications – Lagos

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and C-Level executives.
• Promote Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, FTTH/FTTX, VoIP, IPTV, IoT and related solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and RFP responses.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-ups.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support sales planning, forecasting and collections.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

4. Customer Care Executive – Lagos

• Handle customer complaints and service issues.
• Raise, monitor, follow up and close trouble tickets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on invoices and customer collections.
• Support service improvement and MTTR targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and generate potential sales leads.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

5. Driver – Lagos

• Transport staff, goods, materials and company assets safely.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Monitor fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure and other maintenance requirements.
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain trip, mileage, fuel and maintenance records.
• Report vehicle faults and accidents promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Ensure vehicle documents remain valid.
• Plan routes efficiently and maintain professional conduct.

6. Territory Development Executive – Lagos

• Develop and implement territory sales plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, projects and market trends.

• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.

8. HSE Officer – Lagos

• Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE standards.

9. Senior Civil Engineer – Lagos

• Supervise civil construction activities from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate multiple construction projects and project delivery.

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction plans.
• Oversee foundations, concrete works, earthworks, drainage, roads and site development.

• Experience configuring routers and switches.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Professional networking certification is an advantage.

HR Personnel & Accountant

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably with HR or administrative responsibilities in an SME.
• ICAN or ACCA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage or similar accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax, payroll and labour regulations.

Business Development Executive

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2-4 years of business development or sales experience in telecommunications or an ISP.
• Knowledge of Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, FTTH/FTTX, VoIP, IPTV and related telecom solutions.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• NYSC completion is required.

Customer Care Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND, preferably in Science or a related discipline.
• NYSC certified.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications or ISP experience.
• Knowledge of Leased Lines, Broadband, FTTH/FTTX, VoIP, IPTV, IoT and telecommunications operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
• Previous telecommunications customer care experience is highly desirable.

Driver

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• 2-5 years of professional driving experience.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Territory Development Executive

• HND or B.Sc. in a related field.
• 2-3 years of B2C sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Willingness to transfer across Nigeria based on business needs.

Senior Admin Executive

• 3-4 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Current or previous experience in an organisation managed by Indian expatriates.
• Basic knowledge of HR activities and processes.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

HSE Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, incident investigation and emergency response.

Senior Civil Engineer

• 9-15 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience working across multiple construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil engineering and construction methods.
• Experience in site supervision and project execution.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.
• Valid forklift operator certification is an advantage.

Utilities Technician

• OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Practical knowledge of boilers, WTP and generators.

Inventory Manager

• B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of inventory, stock management or related experience.
• Sales experience is required.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

HR Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in a senior HR or managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, FMCG or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• CIPM, SHRM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
