Addressing Common Challenges Faced by Accounting Graduates

Many accounting graduates and corps members face similar hurdles when entering the job market. These include difficulty applying theoretical knowledge to practical tasks, limited understanding of actual workplace processes and standards, low confidence in performing day-to-day duties, and insufficient soft skills such as communication, documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork.
