The programme is based in Lagos and is open to graduates from any academic discipline. Successful candidates will begin in a client-facing commercial role before moving into areas of the business that align with their strengths and performance.

Who Can Apply

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Hold a degree from a recognised institution in any discipline.
• Have completed NYSC, be exempted, or complete NYSC before the programme begins.
• Have no more than two years of post-graduation work experience.
• Have an active LinkedIn profile.
• Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for personal development.
• Be available full-time for the entire 12-month programme.
• Already live in Lagos and be able to commute to the office daily.

Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of four stages:

• Application: Candidates complete an eligibility check and submit their application.

• Interviews: Shortlisted candidates attend panel interviews in Lagos, followed by a final management interview.
• Offer: Successful candidates receive a written offer outlining the programme and its terms.
