About The Graduate Trainee Programme
The programme is designed to help graduates gain a broad understanding of real estate practice while developing the professional and technical abilities required to contribute to Nigeria’s real estate sector.
It has two stages. The first is a six-week review training phase, followed by a six-month immersion phase for trainees who progress beyond the initial stage.

The immersion phase combines classroom training, hands-on learning, rotations across business areas and functions, special project assignments, mentorship and workplace learning.
Programme Structure
Six-Week Review Training: Selected trainees take part in structured review training and receive a stipend during this phase.
Six-Month Immersion: Trainees who progress to the second stage receive a salary and participate in classroom training, practical assignments, job rotations and special projects.
