Responsibilities
Relationship Manager – Business Banking
- Source and close merchant and SME loan deals.
- Manage loan portfolios, monitor repayments, and drive portfolio growth.
- Promote POS adoption and increase merchant transaction activity.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify lending opportunities.
Golang Backend Engineer – Nigeria
- Develop scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Design and optimise relational databases.
- Contribute to software architecture, testing, code reviews, and engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers and improve platform reliability.
Collections Specialist, SME
- Contact customers with overdue accounts through calls, emails, and other appropriate channels.
- Maintain collection activity records and track promises to pay.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and follow up on outstanding payments.
Field Recovery / Verification Officer, Delta State / Edo State
- Visit defaulting merchants and agents to follow up on overdue loan repayments.
- Maintain daily records of calls, customer contacts, and payment commitments.
- Verify overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within legal guidelines.
- Track promised payments and work towards resolving overdue accounts.
Engineering Manager (RCL)
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers.
- Oversee the technical direction and delivery of lending and credit systems.
- Design and scale backend services and distributed systems.
- Establish engineering standards for testing, deployment, code quality, and system reliability.
- Manage technical projects, performance metrics, recruitment, and team development.
Operations Manager
- Oversee operational performance across field operations, back-office functions, finance, and service delivery.
- Manage KPIs, budgets, service levels, productivity, and operational costs.
- Improve processes, standardise workflows, and support business expansion.
- Ensure compliance, operational controls, and risk management.
- Lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and resolve complex operational issues.
Junior Underwriter
- Review credit applications and verify business and financial information.
- Assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and prepare credit risk reports.
- Support improvements to underwriting policies and processes.
Senior Risk Analyst – Android Lending
- Manage credit strategy workstreams and portfolio performance.
- Analyse lending, repayment, profitability, and risk metrics.
- Translate credit recommendations into production rules and monitor their impact.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams on implementation, testing, and risk controls.
Requirements
Field Recovery / Verification Officer, Delta State / Edo State
- University degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer loan operations and handling delinquent customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Engineering Manager (RCL)
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including backend development with Golang.
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience with distributed systems, system architecture, relational databases, and fin-tech or lending systems.
- Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with AI-native development tools.
Operations Manager
- 7+ years of progressive operations or commercial management experience.
- Experience managing large or multi-regional operations, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, analytical, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
Relationship Manager – Business Banking
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing a lending portfolio of at least ₦2 billion.
- Strong sales, credit, and relationship management skills.
Golang Backend Engineer – Nigeria
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong Golang, distributed systems, SQL, relational database design, and system design skills.
Collections Specialist, SME
- University degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience handling delinquent loan customers.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong communication and analytical skills.
Junior Underwriter
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of credit underwriting experience, preferably with SME clients.
- Financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Senior Risk Analyst – Android Lending
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in consumer credit risk, credit strategy, lending analytics, or portfolio management.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience implementing and monitoring credit strategies.
