The Super Eagles forward’s low shot took a slight deflection and looped awkwardly over goalkeeper Philipp Kohn, nestling into the back of the net to spark celebrations from the visiting bench.
The goal, Simon’s third of the season, proved decisive as Paris FC defended resolutely to secure their second league win of the campaign.
