Ikorodu City triumphed over Beyond Limits to claim the title of champions in the Lagos Supremacy Cup on Thursday morning.

The match at the Legacy Pitch was attended by international scouts and enthusiasts of grassroots football.

The Oga Boys wasted no time against the 2024 champions, with the first goal scored by the talented Ezekiel Samuel.

After sustained pressure, Limits equalised through another standout player of the tournament, Daniel Arierhi, in the 59th minute.

In the final 10 minutes, both teams scored once, starting with Ezekiel’s goal, followed by defender Muhammed Abdullahi Ferinyaro’s header that brought the score level.

The match was ultimately decided by penalties, with City winning 5-4.

Meanwhile, 36 Lion preyed on Tripple 44 with a score of 4-1 in the third place match.
