Skit creator Oluwadolarz has opened up about experiencing childhood sexual abuse and is encouraging parents to safeguard their children.

In a recently shared video that has gone viral, he recounted that a female neighbor named Aunty Ramota abused him for about a year when he was just six years old and living with his grandmother.

Reflecting on his traumatic experience, he said, “Every time I returned home from school, Ramota would take me to the backyard and do things I didn’t understand. As I grew older, I realized that what happened to me was not normal.”

Oluwadolarz noted that he was too young to comprehend or speak out about the abuse, which continued until the neighbor and her family moved. With his grandmother often absent, he felt isolated and lacked someone to confide in.

He emphasized that his primary motivation for sharing his story is to raise awareness among parents and guardians. “Please, parents, keep an eye on your kids. Talk to them, engage in conversations. I’m beginning to understand that this happens to many boys,” he stated.

His disclosure has sparked renewed discussions on social media about the importance of child protection, highlighting the need for vigilance, open communication, and support to prevent such abuse.
