President Tinubu condemns Jos and Kaduna attacks, vows justice

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has condemned the recent attacks in Jos, Plateau State, and Kahir village in Kaduna State, labeling them as cruel and intolerable acts against innocent people.

He characterized the killings in Jos and the assault on wedding guests in Kahir as direct attacks on national values and emphasized that the assailants will be brought to justice. He described those who perpetrate violence under the cover of darkness as cowards whose intentions are to inflict harm and provoke further violence and retaliation.

Tinubu reassured citizens that security forces are actively managing the situation and highlighted the need for public cooperation in ensuring peace. He encouraged communities to adhere to safety measures, including evacuation and relocation when necessary.
