“We, the youth of Somolu, remain dedicated to supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda and mobilizing grassroots support for the continued success of our great party,” he stated.

Sharing his personal journey, Fawole recounted his modest beginnings and the hardships he endured after losing his father at a young age. He explained that these experiences have given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by ordinary residents.

“I know what it means to struggle. I know what it feels like to lack basic necessities and face an uncertain future. Those experiences are why I understand the pains and aspirations of the people,” he said.

Fawole detailed several key initiatives he plans to champion if elected to the Lagos State House of Assembly.

In education, he proposed a School Breakfast Initiative to provide daily meals for schoolchildren, aiming to boost concentration, attendance, and academic performance. He also pledged to advocate for scholarships, educational grants, and improved infrastructure in public schools.

For youth empowerment, Fawole announced plans to establish ICT and digital training centers. These hubs would offer skills in AI, software development, data analytics, and digital marketing, preparing Somolu’s youth for global competitiveness and financial independence in the digital economy.

He also promised to modernize vocational training by shortening lengthy apprenticeships, introducing contemporary methods, and providing graduates with startup tools and equipment.

Regarding healthcare, the aspirant proposed a medical voucher scheme to help senior citizens access affordable services. He also plans to support community health outreach, maternal care awareness, and medical screening programs.

Fawole also outlined plans for women’s empowerment, including financial support, business grants, and skill acquisition programs for widows and other vulnerable women in the constituency.

Acknowledging Somolu’s status as a major printing hub, he pledged to promote the area as West Africa’s leading center for printing and media through strategic partnerships and increased visibility for local businesses.

Fawole assured residents that his tenure would be defined by effective legislation, consistent community engagement, and attracting significant development projects.

“My responsibility will not simply be to occupy a seat. It will be to defend the interests of Somolu, remain accessible to the people, and ensure governance becomes visible and impactful,” he declared.

Calling for support from residents and party stakeholders, Fawole described himself as “a symbol of hope, a product of resilience, and a servant of the people,” expressing confidence that Somolu can achieve greater progress through collective effort and responsible leadership.
