Key requirements include:
* A Bachelor’s Degree (Actuarial Science preferred as a minimum)
* No prior work experience required
* Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
* Knowledge of Excel, R, or Python is a strong advantage
* Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Successful trainees will gain practical experience in areas such as PAA and GMM valuations, IBNR calculations, mortality and lapse analysis, product performance monitoring, asset-liability modelling, and capital adequacy requirements.
