The PEECH program seeks to reskill and upskill more than 44,000 Community-Based Health Workers (CBHWs) across 17 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) by 2028, enhancing primary care delivery through workforce development, institutional strengthening, community engagement, and digital health solutions.
Job Details and Locations
Successful candidates will support critical data management activities for the program. Positions are available in Kaduna, Niger, Plateau, Katsina, Borno, Yobe, and the FCT. These are ad-hoc roles, and only candidates residing in the listed states will be considered.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Obtaining informed consent and administering questionnaires/checklists.
- Conducting qualitative data collection, such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
- Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, cleaning, and validation.
- Maintaining participant confidentiality.
- Submitting timely field reports.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic statistical packages.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with data collection tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A university degree is an added advantage.
- Experience in report writing and data collation/analysis is required.
