The President highlighted that ongoing security reforms involve increasing the number of military divisions across the nation to enhance operational efficiency and decrease response times to security threats.
“We refuse to pay ransoms because we understand the layout of the forests and the terrain. We are expanding from eight military divisions to twelve to ensure quicker responses and to effectively combat terrorism and banditry. This step is crucial, and we are taking action,” Tinubu stated.
