The United States and Israel have reportedly discussed the possibility of imposing a land blockade on Iran as part of efforts to increase economic pressure on Tehran.

The report claimed that the proposal was discussed during a White House meeting earlier this week between the U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to the report, one option under consideration is persuading neighboring countries—including Iraq and Pakistan—to tighten or close border crossings with Iran, reducing the flow of goods into and out of the country.
