Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records, journal entries and supporting schedules
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations
- Support the review and processing of expense reports, invoices and payments
- Assist with management reports and financial statement preparation
- Handle finance-related data entry, filing and administrative tasks
- Conduct basic financial analysis and support variance or trend reviews
- Assist with compliance checks and audit documentation
- Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
