Responsibilities
Client Service Officer – Ibadan
- Handle customer enquiries, including requests relating to cheque books.
- Manage ATM cards in line with approved procedures and reconcile daily records with the Asset Custodian.
- Process customer requests for off-cycle statements, apply applicable charges and maintain accurate records.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or migrate customers to relevant products and participate in sales activities.
- Process authorised value transactions and coordinate verification with the Team Leader, Frontline Support.
- Process cash transfer instructions and maintain customer complaint records, including supporting documentation and system updates.

Requirements
Client Service Officer – Ibadan, Osun and Ogun
- Minimum of a First Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience with banking products, financial services regulations and compliance procedures.
- Previous branch banking experience is required.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong task management, time management and adherence to established procedures.
- Ability to remain composed when handling customer issues and meet service timelines.
- Good teamwork and commitment to service standards.
- Active listening and customer understanding skills.
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
- Understanding of banking processes and procedures.
- Ability to identify risks and handle telephone-based customer interactions.
