We’re not here to play politics – ADC talks tough as coalition adopts party

The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has said the coalition with several key politicians in Nigerian, will not be business as usual.

ADC made this known in a terse statement on their social media page on Wednesday evening.

The party shared pictures of their official unveiling earlier in the day and wrote: “We’re not here to play politics. We’re here to build a future.

“ADC Coalition is more than a political movement,it’s a gathering of minds committed to real change.

“We ask the hard questions. We build real solutions. We’re not moved by hype we’re moved by purpose.

“Coalition of Unity. Not a party. A people. Let’s reason. Let’s rise. Let’s rebuild.”

Some of the key members of the ADC include former Senate President, Senator David Mark; former Osun state governor, Rauf Argegbesola and ex-vice president Atiku Abubakar.

Others present at the unveiling included: Former APC National Chairman, John Oyegun, Former Governor of Sokoto state, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Former Attorney General of the federation , Abubakar Malami, Dino Melaye, a former Minister of Youth and Sports; Solomon Dalong; Dele Momodu, Senator Gabriel Suswam, and Senator Ireti Kingibe of the Labour Party (LP), former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha, former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (retd.).
