Olubadan, Oba Ladoja urges President Tinubu to establish Ibadan State before 2027

In a recent address to the community, the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, called on President Bola Tinubu to support the creation of Ibadan State by 2027.

Oba Ladoja made this request right after he received the Staff of Office from Governor Seyi Makinde. Speaking in Yoruba, he emphasized that the people of Ibadan have communicated their strong desire to the President, underscoring that establishing Ibadan State is their highest priority.

“My people sent me a message to Mr President. Mr President, they said the creation of Ibadan State is their priority”, Oba Adewolu Ladoja said.
