Responsibilities
- Support the processing, typing and formatting of correspondence and documents.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of international meetings and conferences.
- Prepare agendas, programmes and participant lists.
- Support delegates during meetings and conferences.
- Assist with project activities and reporting.
- Participate in meetings and conferences when required.
- Take notes and prepare feedback and information for the manager or directorate.
- Provide linguistic assistance where required.
- Assist with statistical information, reports and charts.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
- Be a national of one of INTERPOL’s 196 member countries.
- Be of legal age in your country of nationality.
- Be currently enrolled in, or have graduated within the past year from, a post-secondary accredited academic institution.
- Academic background in Business Administration, International Relations, Information Technology or Law.
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work effectively in a multicultural team.
- A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Knowledge of another INTERPOL official language, particularly French or Spanish, is an advantage.

- Internship allowance of EUR 700 per month.
- Transport subsidy of EUR 30 per month.
- Eligible interns may receive a housing subsidy of EUR 170 per month.
- Eligible interns may request enrolment in INTERPOL’s health insurance coverage at no additional cost.
