Responsibilities

Recruiter – Rivers

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Build and maintain talent pipelines segmented by skill set, seniority and industry.
Track recruitment activity in the company ATS/CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports.
Research target companies that align with the firm’s recruitment niche and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch decks and service agreements.
Manage email marketing lists, segments, templates and deliverability.
Set up automated workflows based on prospect behaviour.

Legal Assistant – Remote

Conduct legal research using Nigerian case law repositories, LawPavilion, LexisNexis and similar platforms.
Draft and review agreements, court processes, opinions and correspondence.

Requirements

Recruiter

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or a related field.
2-3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or high-growth startup.
Proven record of bringing in new client accounts.
Strong knowledge of email marketing.
Experience using Mailchimp, HubSpot and Instantly.io.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Must be tech savvy.

Legal Assistant

Minimum Second Class Upper or First Class LL.B from a recognised Nigerian university and Nigerian Law School.
Minimum 2 years of post-call experience as a Legal Assistant, Associate or Paralegal.
Hands-on experience drafting court processes, contracts or transaction documents.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organisational and remote-working skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack and Teams.
Self-disciplined and proactive with minimal supervision.

Experienced Live-Out Cook

Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a private household, reputable restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of Continental and Intercontinental cuisines.
Must be male and 38 years or older.
Must be available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Ozuoba, Port Harcourt.
Must be focused on cooking and kitchen management.

Creative Marketing Lead

3+ years of experience coordinating marketing efforts, managing creative teams or demonstrating outstanding digital marketing skills.
Portfolio is required.
Strong creative instincts and ability to identify marketing opportunities.
Leadership skills and ability to manage creative teams.
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of scheduling tools, analytics dashboards and basic video/design principles.
Must reside in Port Harcourt or be willing to relocate.
