Key Roles & Requirements

 

Acting Managing Director (MD)

The ideal candidate will provide overall strategic leadership and executive oversight of banking operations.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA an advantage), 8–12 years banking experience with at least 4 years in senior management, preferably with CBN Approval-in-Principle (AIP) or prior experience as MD/CEO of an MFB.Head, Internal Control

 

Will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust internal control environment.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA), and 5–7 years of audit/internal control experience in a regulated financial institution.

 

Compliance Officer

Will ensure full regulatory compliance with CBN, NDIC, and NFIU guidelines.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance or related field, 3–6 years compliance experience, and strong knowledge of AML/CFT and consumer protection regulations.Customer Service Manager

Will lead customer experience initiatives and support deposit mobilisation and loan processes.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, 4–6 years customer service experience (minimum 2 years supervisory), and knowledge of CBN Consumer Protection Regulations.Administrative Assistant (Lagos)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and prior experience in a corporate environment.
