Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely debt recovery, maintaining accurate debtor records, and supporting overall cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on invoices to ensure timely client payments
- Monitor and follow up on WHT remittances and confirm credit notes on TaxPro portal
- Prepare and update weekly debtor ageing reports
- Maintain accurate credit control and receivables records
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Chartered Accountant (ICAN) – completed or close to completion
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred)
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
