Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
• Engage with leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain active communication
• Make outbound calls to leads to provide information, answer questions, and drive conversions
• Support the onboarding of new users, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Track conversations, feedback, and customer issues for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the team to improve response quality, processes, and overall customer experience
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on calls and engaging with different types of customers
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in customer experience and support
• A positive attitude and strong sense of empathy
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in customer support, sales, or community management
• Interest in tech, startups, or customer experience (CX)
• Familiarity with CRM or support tools
