Deloitte Nigeria offers three main early career (graduate) programmes for 2026.
These are entry-level opportunities designed for recent graduates to build skills and make an “impact that matters.”
The programmes fall under:
– Auditing (Audit & Assurance)
– Strategy and Implementation (part of Consulting – Strategy, Risk & Transactions, Technology & Transformation)
– Tax Services (Tax & Legal)

They target young graduates who have completed NYSC and want to start a professional career in a Big 4 firm.
Common Eligibility Criteria (same for all three programmes)
– Willing to live Deloitte’s purpose of making an impact that matters
– Graduated from a recognised university or polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Upper (or Upper Credit for polytechnic) in any discipline.

– Minimum of five (5) O-Level credits (including Mathematics and English) in one sitting.
– Maximum 26 years old as of the application date.
– Must have completed NYSC.
– Must not have written the Deloitte aptitude test before.
