Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit in any discipline
* At least five O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English (in one sitting)
* Must be 26 years old or younger at the time of application

* Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
* Must not have previously taken the Deloitte aptitude test

Three Career Pathways Available
1. Audit & Assurance Programme
This track focuses on financial reporting, risk management, and advisory services. Participants will work with clients to improve business performance using modern audit tools.

“You’ll become a trusted advisor in financial reporting within Deloitte’s global network,” the firm noted.
2. Consulting Programme
Designed for candidates interested in strategy, innovation, and transformation, this pathway exposes participants to real-world business and technology challenges.

3. Tax & Legal Programme
