Key Responsibilities (Typical for these roles)
- Oversee daily station operations and team performance
- Drive retail sales targets and revenue growth
- Manage product inventory, stock levels, and accurate dispensing
- Ensure high standards of customer service and station cleanliness
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and motivation
- Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards at the station
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and reporting

Eligibility & Requirements
- Proven experience in retail operations, fuel station management, sales, or similar leadership roles (preferred)
