The fresh additions are part of the Benin-based side’s ambitious push to reclaim the NWFL title after losing out to Bayelsa Queens last season.

Coincidentally, Edo Queens will face the reigning champions, Bayelsa Queens, in a high-profile opening fixture of the new campaign.

The 2025–26 NWFL season is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday, November 26, with Edo Queens expected to be among the leading contenders.
