The role is heavily performance-based. Agents earn bonuses for verified leads and fully onboarded users. For example:
* Referring 50 active leads and onboarding 57 users in a month can generate approximately ₦249,500 in bonuses on top of base pay.
* Tiered incentives reward consistent performers, with bonuses paid within 7 working days after month-end.
* There is no earnings cap, and bonus rates are reviewed every six months.17
