Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Business Operations & Technical Sales Supervisor to drive business growth, manage technical sales, procurement, and client relationships within the oil and gas EPC sector. You’ll oversee bids/tenders, operational efficiency, and market expansion while collaborating closely with the COO.

Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, and downstream projects
– Manage key client accounts and build long-term partnerships with operators, IOCs, NOCs, and service companies
– Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
– Coordinate bids, tenders, and proposal submissions ensuring compliance and quality
– Oversee procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and alignment with project schedules
– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
– Prepare reports on sales, procurement, and strategic initiatives for senior management

Qualifications/Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
– MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
– 5–8 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, operations, or procurement in oil & gas/EPC
– Proven experience managing bids, tenders, and complex commercial negotiations
– Strong understanding of EPC processes, procurement cycles, and contract structures
– Experience with IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders
